Ecotour

We will forage for seaweed, medicinal herbs and all the sea vegetables that Spring had to offer.

Our Ecotours are all about connecting with nature, learning about edible plants, herbs and mushrooms, meeting like minded people and sharing our love for food!

Fiona from Molotov Cuisine will cook us an amazing Spring inspired exciting lunch with delicacies such as:

Mushroom Tarts with Bourbon & Figs in Dandelion Crust

Dulce, Pecan and Apricot Focaccia with Dandelion Pesto

Seaweed Marinated Trout

Pavlovas with Fermented Strawberries and other delicious dishes.
