NOVA SCOTIA’S HOME FOR MUSHROOM ENTHUSIASTS

Message from Keith Egger, club President:

2025 was not a good year for mushroom enthusiasts. The unprecedented drought forced a woods closure that lasted most of the summer and fall, and even once the ban was lifted the continuing dry conditions forced the cancellation of our annual foray. The mushroom-deprived summer and the loss of our main revenue-generating fall event, the annual foray, has prompted the club executive to consider other models for supporting the club. After some discussions we have decided to move to a paid membership model like most other mushroom clubs. Coming soon - a membership page and members only section of the website. Stay tuned!
